Job Responsibilities:

• Reply to customer support tickets and work issues through to completion.
• Independently and successfully troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Accountable for supporting Windows, Cisco, Hyper-V and ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Execute installation, testing, maintenance, repair and networking of computers and peripherals to include, inventory and records maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (AA or equivalent) from two-year college or technical school.
• Minimum 2 years related experience or training.
• Effective experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with virtualization, replication, and storage.
• Proficient work experience with an ERP, equivalent to Syteline is desired.
• Proven track record in SQL, Excel, Access databases, and related reporting tools.
• Expert knowledge of MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certifications are desired but relevant demonstrable work experience is acceptable.
• Ability to work in a team environment, within a cross-functional organization.
