Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the online marketing team and external agency to define and implement campaigns to drive key business metrics such as leads and applications.
• Partner with an external agency to structure, launch and manage campaigns using (AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager and other third-party advertising) platforms.
• Write copy and coordinate with design to generate new creative for campaigns.
• Cooperate with internal CRO team to optimize campaigns and landing pages.
• Lead paid search marketing efforts for partner programs.
• Support paid search marketing efforts for partner schools and international private school.
• Proactively work with our external agency to ensure we meet all deadlines in the campaign development schedule.
• Ensure all data collected from paid marketing efforts is integrated with (Salesforce).
• Ensure all campaigns deployed are tagged correctly to track leads and ROI in (Google Analytics).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• At least 2 years of online advertising experience including paid search advertising (PPC) experience.
• Extensive experience with running online marketing programs (desktop and mobile) prioritizing and organizing effectively.
• Deep understanding of online marketing best practices and platforms such as (AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager).
• Proficient experience with (Google Analytics and Salesforce) is a must.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with all levels of management.
