Job Responsibilities:

• Review and understand stakeholder’s requirements.
• Support architect application design to complete requirements using the existing application frameworks and best-practices.
• Implement features and functionality using a variety of PHP application frameworks.
• Prepare necessary pre/post project documentation.
• Provide periodic project status reporting to entire web development team.
• Cooperate with project manager to understand the (status, remaining work and changing requirements).
• Propose solutions and suggestions for optimizations.
• Continue personal professional development in areas such as application design and development via (self-training, investigation and conferences).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer information sciences or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the same role.
• Advanced experience in development using popular tools, servers and technologies needed for professional e-commerce environments.
• Extensive experience with (PHP, JavaScript and CSS).
• Deep working knowledge of (Object-oriented design and programming).
• Proficient experience with (GIT, SVN or other version control systems).
• Familiarity with the components and configuration for the (LAMP) stack.
• Expert understanding in developing for mobile web devices and responsive design.
• Effective experience in developing an e-commerce platform.
• Strong knowledge of (Waterfall, RAD, Agile and Scrum) methodologies.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment.
