Job Responsibilities:
- Improve multi-channel, fully integrated paid digital marketing campaigns and strategies, including search, display, social, video, and mobile.
- Create and optimize Google search, remarketing and display campaigns for a roster of B2C, B2B, e-commerce, non-profit, and lead generation clients across various industries.
- Lead Google and Bing shopping campaigns, work with Merchant Center and product feeds.
- Actively examine and analyze keywords, advertising copy, landing pages and positioning to drive results in line with clients’ goals.
- Perform and analyze monthly paid media business metrics, budgets and reports.
- Analysis and evaluate paid marketing efforts and identify new campaign opportunities.
- Follow paid media best practices, bid management systems, keyword developments, and industry trends.
- Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results.
- Support several on and offline tools to carry out analysis and to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of paid media accounts.
- Track paid media best practices, bid management systems, keyword developments, and industry trends.
- Execute and analyze monthly paid media business metrics, budgets and reports.
- Design quarterly business reviews and other client-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities.
- Promote ongoing, proactive and consistent communications with clients on account progress, performance results, strategy recommendations and problem-solving.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years college degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of paid search experience, with in-depth knowledge of Google, Bing, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn advertising platforms.
- Solid Google Ads and Bing Ads Certified.
- Effective experience in Microsoft Excel and trend analysis, pivot tables, vlookups, and large data analysis.
- Proficient experience in Google Analytics and analyzing data to improve metrics.
- Expert knowledge of CRM’s such as Salesforce and understand how to extract valuable data for profit-driven optimization.
- Deep knowledge of Google Merchant Center, feeds, and supplemental feeds.
- Demonstrated understanding of Rules, Automation, and Scripts is a plus.
- Proven experience in some capacity, either professionally or personally.
- Passion for paid search – you read and contribute blogs, articles, case studies to continuously learn in order to keep up with the latest trends.
- Strong written, interpersonal, communication + public speaking and presentation skills.
- Sound organizational skills with excellent attention to detail; ability to multitask.
- Outstanding time management skills and strong ability to prioritize workload.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, open, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Ability to write and leverage scripts.
