Job Responsibilities:
- Lead organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Direct and monitors the effectiveness of Sales initiatives towards achieving company goals and profit targets.
- Assure sales initiatives are compliant with business standards.
- Set individual sales targets with the sales and account management team.
- Follow sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Secure positive sales output always.
- Supervise the activities and performance of the sales and account management team.
- Improve sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Understood the ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Cooperate with all workgroups to resolve issues that impact internal and external customers.
- Manage escalated customer interactions, including calls, cases, and complaints.
- Support appropriate level of proficiency in all aspects of voice and non-voice call/chat handling techniques and other services.
- Carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
- Accountable for sales and account management coordinators’ development – finding gaps in skill and knowledge and working with support teams to provide education and training.
- Hold regular meetings with sales and account management coordinators and discuss performance trending, analysis, action plans and updates.
- Responsible for escalating issues affecting employees and to follow-up until resolved.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales account management in a BPO or Contact Center industry, with a track record of exceeding goals.
- Outstanding MS Office skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Expert knowledge of contact center KPI’s measuring customer satisfaction, staff productivity and efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills, having the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Solid analytical skills and very detail oriented.
- Familiarity with critical and analytical thinking.
- Highly creative must be able to think outside the box.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
