Job Responsibilities:
- Actively manage the business through “trusted advisor” relationships, organic growth opportunities, & participation in new business.
- Oversee the financial stewardship of the account portfolio.
- Represent and foster company culture as well as the goals and values of executive management.
- Manage strategy development, manages critical business issues, maintains the state of the client relationship.
- Champion and understand the clients’ businesses at the highest level.
- Serve viewpoints of executive management to motivate and align teams with corporate goals.
- Associate and own key agency initiatives that contribute to culture, industry knowledge and the growth of PBJ Marketing.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing account managing.
- Effective experience in developing, managing, and leading an account management team.
- Expert knowledge of social media advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter Excellent.
- Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Certification in and deep knowledge of Google Analytics (Google AdWords a plus).
- Outgoing personality with amazing communication and writing skills.
- Solid web skills, proficiency in Excel, search engine interfaces, and ad platforms.
- Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.
