Job Responsibilities:
- Lead key digital accounts and projects, with team support.
- Get to know clients, their objectives, goals and KPIs.
- Regular communicate (f2f/phone/email) with clients to ensure service levels and expectations are being met.
- Proactively explore client feedback to ensure our service adapts and evolves to any communication or process improvements.
- Supervise and offer guidance to Account Execs for all their clients and projects.
- Report back to Commercial Director and Managing Director on capacity Reports, studio Schedule and ottlenecks/Challenges, improvement and profitability.
- Determine opportunities to develop accounts.
- Proactively seek growth opportunities.
- Head of the design and development team’s production output.
- Direct the clients’ digital strategy, working with our in-house Digital Marketing team to ensure the clients’ digital goals are achieved.
- Control escalated customer concerns, complaints.
- Improve newer, leaner and more profitable ways to manage projects.
- Recognize and report on trends (finding commonality with bugs, bottlenecks) with a view to tackling them before they happen and prevent in the first place.
- Cooperate with the team on the direction of development and digital marketing methods, tech and quality assurance processes.
- Take an active role in merging digital marketing and web build accounts to ensure maximum upselling opportunities.
- Run the day to day requirements of the team, to ensure deadlines are met, including monitoring of workloads, assisting with queries, offering support and guidance.
- Interact effectively with others in the team, promoting face to face interaction and ensuring key project/campaign information is agreed in writing via email internally and externally..
- Collaborate, professionally and in a positive fashion with colleagues in order to meet the objectives of the business.
- Participate in team meetings and proactively put forward ideas and feedback in order to improve ways of working.
Job Requirements:
- Effective experience in a digital agency, ideally 5 years plus.
- Proficient experience managing website projects and creative digital campaigns from start to finish to ongoing support.
- Expert working knowledge of WordPress, e-commerce packages desirable.
- Proven track record in using continuous integration and delivery technologies.
- Familiarity with all aspects of digital marketing and a good knowledge of SEO is desirable.
- Solid customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills to brief, delegate and manage the tasks of team members which complement your activity or do not fit within the remit of a senior member of the team.
- Organizational skills, successfully prioritizing and focusing on tasks that will bring maximum commercial benefit to Selesti.
- A willingness to learn new skills and work in the most efficient way possible.
