Job Responsibilities:

• Create both online and offline content marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Draft clear, compelling copy for various mediums (e.g. ads, posts, newsletters).
• Design, proofread, and edit written materials quickly.
• Cooperate with employees at all levels to produce high-quality content.
• Build an array of internal content/communications, as needed.
• Improve an editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
• Share content through various channels, ensuring a strong web presence.
• Control thorough research and interviews for publications.
• Lead the entire end-to-end process from content creation to execution.
• Promote social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, others) content plan, strategy and daily post for brand pages.
• Search the latest features and best practice on social media channels.
• Oversee and increase the engagement rate of brand pages.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field required.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Expert knowledge of mortgage and financial services experience a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Proven track record in MS Office and WordPress or other content management software.
• Wide knowledge of social media scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with Basic photo editing.
• Effective experience in social media platforms.
• Proficient experience in keyword placement and other SEO best practices.
• Demonstrated understanding of formatting articles on the web.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Solid grammatical skills and the ability to develop content that requires little to no editing.
• Sound project management skills and attention to detail.
