Job Responsibilities:

• Draft and develop online Job Board advertising campaigns to drive conversion and meet business needs.
• Lead the group’s job board contracts and expenditure while maintaining strong working relationships with account managers.
• Head the group’s job board hub ensuring job slot utilization and responding to recruiter queries in a timely manner.
• Use Salesforce to capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics and acting upon these in the interest of the business.
• Oversee LinkedIn RPS spend and advising recruiters on best practice to ensure KPI’s are being achieved.
• Assure consistent and engaging job ad quality, providing advice and support for recruiters on how to maximize return on job advertisements.
• Maintain the group’s social media presence, optimizing company pages and sharing daily content on various social platforms.
• Supervise PPC campaigns, creating ad imagery and copy, while continuously optimizing based on results, clicks and spend.
• Cooperate with the business to understand individual branch needs and how social media can drive candidate response.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience interpreting online data and driving actionable results, ideally within the recruitment industry.
• Effective working experience in excel.
• Comfortable analyzing data, familiar with Google Analytics, Salesforce, Jobscience or similar data center.
• Proficient experience working alongside 3rd party job boards LinkedIn Recruiter, Irish Jobs, Jobs.ie, Indeed etc.
• Familiarity with using Facebook Business Manager, Trello, Buffer or similar social media management platforms.
• Proven track record in managing PPC campaigns.
• 3rd level Qualification in marketing, business studies or related discipline.
• Confident reporting and translating data to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to meet KPI’s and analyze ROI.
