Job Responsibilities:

• Display ability to take a problem all the way to implementation, and take pride in what you do.
• Connect with excellence both orally and in written form with management, customers, and coworkers.
• Responsible for cloud services and platforms that form the backbone of Aspect’s cloud product, such as identity management, self-service customer portals, billing, messaging, and more.
• Share ideas and information facilitates discussions and transfers knowledge to diverse audiences to achieve collective objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Effective experience developing web applications with modern front-end libraries and frameworks such as React.
• Proficient experience with basic web development languages: Javascript (ES6, Typescript), HTML, and CSS (SASS).
• Familiarity with testing UI components with any of the following libraries such as Karma, thMocha, Sinon, Chai or similar.
• Deep working knowledge of build tools such as Webpack and Gulp.
• Demonstrated understanding of the DOM.
• Proven track record in developing applications across multiple browsers, devices, and resolutions.
• Expert knowledge and experience with CI/CD concepts and tools such as Git, Jenkins, Stash or similar.
• Outstanding skills in Node/NPM.
