Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain new sales process by designing and delivering innovative technical solution demonstrations of our Multichannel digital marketing platform to meet customer needs with larger revenue accounts ($1M deals/opportunities).
- Aid define the technical sales strategy for complex opportunities.
- Study, create, and present solutions illustrating the benefits of integrating company products into customer strategies.
- Articulate technical and commercial benefits of company solutions.
- Work as a technical advisor to customers.
- Produce leadership on technical issues and strategies.
- Assure that proposals and solutions are delivered to customers within pre-established timelines and expectations.
- Operate with sales and product teams to develop effective working relationships.
- Present product feedback to internal teams to create new products or improve existing products.
- Travel to customer locations to deliver quality designs and technical presentations.
- Perform Webex product presentations, demonstrations and internal sales training on Email and digital marketing solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing technology, technical field, or equivalent required, MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, including digital and email marketing and pre-sales technical and systems support, is required.
- Effective client-side experience creating and/or managing email marketing or competitive Email Service Provider experience preferred.
- Technical certification or accreditation is preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of sales strategy and approach to accounts and opportunities.
- Expert knowledge of the areas of email marketing, SMS, Mobile and social marketing, creative and content design, multi-channel campaign management and communications journey design and planning, email deliverability.
- Deep knowledge of Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures.
- Solid understanding of how legacy and web-based systems interface.
- Strong interpersonal skills are needed to work well with a talented team.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of product capabilities.
- Proven track record in dealing with company products and technical capabilities.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
- Ability interface with all levels of management, internal departments, and clients to understand product requirements and communicate product abilities.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple assignments on a daily basis.
- Able to work in a complex, dynamic team environment with minimal supervision and possess good organizational skills.
- Ability to influence the customer perception of company value propositions.
- Ability to engineer, design and deliver demonstrations of email and digital marketing solutions to meet customer needs.
