Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the UX space for ACIA’s products and services.
• Build the outputs from high-level product thinking to interaction flows and mock-ups that solve a problem or do a job for a customer in a clean, simple and focused manner.
• Build persona profiles, user journeys and user stories through our products based on the business input.
• Create designs that are focused on the user’s experience and usability across multi-device and platforms.
• Provide work persuasively senior stakeholders and client groups both internally and externally.
• Collaborate, communicate and negotiate with colleagues, senior stakeholders and clients.
• Map product requirements to a design represented through wireframes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a user-centric solution.
• Deliver the presentations professionally with confidence and to a high standard.

Job Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role will be preferred.
• Proven track record with a demonstrable body of work to include wireframes, sitemaps, concept models, user flow charts and design iterations to final designs.
• Extensive understanding of user-centered design approaches.
• Effective experience with current UX/UI trends and patterns.
• Deep responsive web and web app experience.
• Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate solutions to both technical and non-technical colleagues and clients.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
