Job Responsibilities:

• Design the goals, direction and strategy for the UI.
• Set UI/UX KPIs to measure success and identify opportunities.
• Build a UI workflow across the team and stakeholders.
• Use a holistic view across the business.
• Create a strong sense of identity of who UI/UX are and what they bring to the business.
• Direct the multiple UI/UX projects across different areas of the business and leading as the liaison point for stakeholders, with your team and management.
• Perform UX principles, advocate user-centered design and usability across the business by sharing knowledge and experience across teams.
• User research and personal development.

Job Requirements:

• Effective working experience in UI/UX Design experience.
• At least 5 years commercial experience.
• Proficient experience in Adobe Creative Suite applications and Sketch.
• Proven track record in dealing with HTML and CSS styling.
• Familiarity with running UI/UX projects from start to finish.
• Solid e-commerce experience.
