Job Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with manager, co-workers and project teams to define and design animated HTML(5) banner ads, responsive HTML email, web pages, enhancements or websites according to wireframes and/or functional specifications.
• Understood design user interaction and design workflows.
• Assure that web projects are produced accurately and on schedule, utilize best practices, and meet code and accessibility reviews.
• Liaise and collaborate with the manager, clients, project team members and others as appropriate regarding project status and any current or potential issues that may impact the timely completion of projects.
• Associate in brainstorming sessions, and user research and testing.
• Support and share up-to-date knowledge on industry technology and trends with the rest of the creative team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined with the outstanding digital portfolio.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a digital marketing or digital agency environment.
• Deep knowledge of digital standards and web browsers.
• Extensive working skills in dealing with HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud suite particularly.
• Effective experience in After Effects, Premier, and Edge Animate a plus.
• Proficient experience in SPA Frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular), Backend development, CSS Preprocessors, Animation Libraries, GIT also a plus.
• Familiarity with conceptual design, user interface design, responsive design and understand user-centered design and design of “Rich Internet Applications.
• Proven experience with email marketing platforms a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of digital media channels and digital advertising requirements.
• Expert working knowledge with multi-disciplinary teams to successfully take digital projects through their full lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Wide knowledge of usability and accessibility best practices.
• Sound detail orientation with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to write presentation-layer code including HTML(5) and CSS.
