Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the acquisition marketing campaigns for natural search through content strategies and conversion rate optimization.
• Lead and work with external agencies to help devise, formulate, and implement content plans that are scalable and topical covering all microsites and landing pages; ensuring the brand voice and guidelines are met.
• Support of referral link opportunities with University partners as well as working with agencies on link building.
• Produce expert advice on SEO and content strategies.
• Cooperate with and assist Marketing Program Managers with campaign cultivation and reporting insights through analytics analysis.
• Define how sites can convert more leads.
• Developments in messaging, content and call to action.
• Aid to identify where prospects are engaging on the site.
• Discover new opportunities to increase leads including but not limited to cultivating new content ideas based on market demands, determining competitive landscape and exploring additional media opportunities with Associations and industry publications.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in online marketing, SEO, branding, digital media trends and content strategy.
• Effective experience of successfully developing lead generation strategies through natural search and implementing content strategies for websites.
• Proficient experience with the following tools required (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Marketo for data mining and Excel).
• Deep experience with the following tools or similar tools (Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, ScreamingFrog, URL Profiler and SEO PowerSuite).
• Expert working knowledge of leading, scheduling and organizing multiple projects.
• High ability to think out of the box and find creative and unorthodox solutions when needed.
• Passion and the ability to thrive in an environment of constant change.
• Solid communication and presentation skills.
