Job Responsibilities:

• Improve the content strategy to work inline with search engine optimization.
• Enhance our websites to rank highly for relevant keywords in organic search results.
• Support both on-site and off-site SEO for the company.
• Keep up to date with search algorithm trends and make recommendations to mitigate any negative effects from algorithm updates.
• Examine and report on internal and external metrics that measure search performance and drive recommendations for improvement.
• Operate closely across product, content and audience development to make recommendations for maximizing search optimization efforts as they relate to new products and features being developed.
• Associate in all phases of the development process from making best practice recommendations in the discovery phase through testing to ensure recommendations are implemented correctly.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure existing products and features adhere to best practices.
• Promote link building outreach strategy while auditing current backlinks.
• Oversee webmaster logs and other such reports and work with IT team on any crawling or internal linking issues.
• Manage reporting and communication of optimization and search initiatives, results and analysis back to key organization stakeholders.
• Cooperate with metrics and monitor lead/s on reporting requirements and needs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years recent experience in search engine optimization.
• Effective knowledge of major search engines such as (Google, Yahoo, Bing and others).
• Proficient working experience with website analysis using a variety of analytical tools.
• Proven track record in working with popular keyword tools.
• Deep knowledge in using Google Analytics and Google Webmaster tools required.
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
