Job Responsibilities:

• Cooperate closely with department leadership to plan and coordinate SEO activities across all digital channels including our website.
• Evaluate and refine SEO efforts as needed to maximize effectiveness.
• Research and implement SEO recommendations for website architecture, content, internal linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords and online visibility.
• Identify and report on traffic, new users, click-through rates and URL performance.
• Collect and analyze data, execute tests and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI.
• Monitor SEO trends in search engine algorithms, keywords and competitive analysis.
• Track, report and analyze website analytics.
• Optimize copy and landing pages for best SEO practices and usability.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
• Research and conduct competitor analysis.
• Monitor website and social media channels for ranking issues/problems.
• Route internally as needed and coordinate responses.
• Provide critical support to the marketing department.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required with a concentration in marketing or similar field preferred.
• At least 2 years of proven SEO and digital marketing experience.
• Extensive experience in using website analytics tools such as (Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Trends and Keyword Planner).
• Proficient knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in SEO algorithm changes.
• Basic experience with A/B testing and using Drupal and HTML is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute through to completion.
