Job Responsibilities:
- Create detailed keyword research and review associated site performance.
- Improve keyword usage as necessary and recommend changes to internal link structure.
- Perform recommendations for improved traffic and conversion and hand off to relevant development teams.
- Build and update page content on an ongoing basis including articles or blog style content.
- Participate and manage ad-hoc project requests for improved business performance.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external SEO vendors.
- Use the data-driven approach to identify and focus on relevant pages to analyze.
- Provide traffic and conversion audits across POSs to understand which keywords and associated pages are bringing in the highest traffic and conversion.
- Benchmark and monitor competitor performance and activities.
- Produce regular SEO newsletter for distribution throughout Expedia.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO analysis, search engine marketing or other analytical online marketing.
- Proficient experience in working with large sets of data and analytics is important.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the principles of optimization for natural search.
- Basic knowledge of any Asian language is a big plus.
- Excellent command of English language is required.
- Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong working skills of using MS Office.
- Solid communication and organizational skills.
