Job Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the business users and other IT groups to design, build, configure and maintain SharePoint sites and site collections.
• Drive the evolution of governance documentation, designing best practices, documenting procedures, crafting learning resources and maintaining disaster recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with business users on share point projects which may include a combination of requirements gathering, use case development and analysis, solution design and project management.
• Assist the business users with their share point sites and site collections, answering questions, training the business Admins and suggesting improvements to their process or methodology.
• General troubleshooting of problems experienced by share point users and collaborative participation with the SharePoint engineers to resolve problems with the platform.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in working in share point environments.
• Extensive experience in managing high-performing operations or support teams.
• Effective understanding of IT infrastructure and systems integration in an enterprise environment.
• Deep working knowledge of SharePoint 2010/2013 deployment, configuration and administration.
• Advanced understanding of (windows server 2008/2012, MS SQL 2008 and above).
• Proficient knowledge of windows active directory, Windows clustering, Networking load Balancing, TCP/IP, routing, DNS and TLS).
• Solid organizational and communication skills.
• Strong creative troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
