Job Responsibilities:
- Draft original, fresh, fun and engaging captions.
- Provide visual content (pictures, videos, life stories, survey).
- Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and other tools to create awesome visual content.
- Continuously listen to and respond to new social media trends.
- Associate and create conversations to increase our online visibility.
- Recognize advocates and running competitions.
- Create relationships with customer, influencers and media.
- Reply to customer queries, concerns and problems with perfect solutions and support.
- Understood and report on the community’s performance through qualitative and quantitative feedback and insight.
- Associate with our PR agency.
- Ad-hoc jobs with marketing director.
Job Requirements:
- Communication and digital strategy degree.
- Minimum 2 years experience managing social media platforms or communities for an F&B brand is a must.
- Passionate about hospitality and trendy concept.
- Expert knowledge of social media with a highly developed sense of aesthetics and attention to details.
- Independent and like working in changing the environment with a variety of projects.
- A bit in love with France and its food & drinks pleasures.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
