Job Responsibilities:

• Head the content creation and management of Klook’s local social media handles to garner a strong and engaging presence online in the Philippines.
• Transport for content on a daily basis engaging, relevant and connects consumers with the brand and travel inspiration on social media.
• Perform weekly social media program status reports detailing key insights, popular content topics, community quotes and growth metrics (revenue, user acquisition, reach, engagement).
• Drive campaigns and promotions are driven by the regional team for the Philippines.
• Accountable for interactions across all relevant social and digital platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Forums, Blogs) and identify opportunities for engagement with the target audience to value add the user experience.
• Recognize and report on the latest social media trends and opportunities for growth.
• Supervise social media around brand sentiment and reputation.
• Determine and maintain solid relationships with new media, key influencers and content creators in the digital space.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or relevant field graduated from reputable university.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in content production and social media from trend spotting to content creation to community management.
• Effective experience in leading and developing a team, able to develop and provide clear direction to junior team members.
• Solid business sense, quick in understanding for dealing with the complex business situation and provide recommendations if not take decisions that are likely to lead to the good outcome.
• Proficient visual communication fundamental and design intuition, able to review creative outputs with high attention to detail.
• Strong writing skills in English and Tagalog is a must.
• Multitasking, self-driven and able to juggle multiple projects and other responsibilities.
• High ability to clearly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks.
• Great ability to perform under pressure and ambiguity.
