Job Responsibilities:
- Get full understanding and in-depth knowledge of client policies and guidelines.
- Apply these guidelines against ‘flagged’ or ‘reported’ pieces of content to make the judgment as to whether the content in question is indeed inappropriate and in need of removal from the platform.
- Assure every piece of content found to be in violation of the client’s terms of services is accurately identified and flagged for action in a timely manner, with a consistency score, meeting client expectations.
- Secure that information security practices and standards are observed.
- Recognize potential process improvements and solutions to problems.
- Reach target efficiency, productivity and quality targets.
Job Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of the cultural context in the market supported (UKI).
- Familiarity with social media and a can-do approach to new processes and skills.
- Effective experience to work as part of a team adding positive attitude and business focus.
- Proficient experience to communicate in a dynamic environment throughout all management levels.
- Deep knowledge of solving urgent matters and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure the quality of work execution.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple tools and web browser windows at one time.
- Extensive working skills in using MS Office.
- Fluent English and excellent reading and writing skills.
- Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment.
