Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and collaborate with teams in the creation of marketing recommendations, strategies and actions for a set of clients.
• Examine data and relevant communications channels to provide insight into relevant online conversations and voices in those conversations, identifying content gaps and opportunities for the client.
• Organize and execute plans for online content, recommending content types and organization based on client needs and goals.
• Direct online media, influencer and partnership outreach.
• Collect data across several social media platforms and create weekly and monthly reports including (analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development).
• Observe all strategic activity and communicate the status of each project to team members and clients in order to meet project deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a strategist in a creative or digital agency or related environment.
• Effective understanding of social advertising campaign management and optimization practices across the biggies (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat and Instagram).
• Proficient working experience in extracting insight from data and plan next steps across multiple marketing mediums.
• Deep organizational capabilities to track progress, execution and consistency of social advertising campaigns.
• Strong communication skills in order to effectively present strategic and tactical plans to clients and internal teams.
• Ability to self-manage while managing assigned teams and projects under tight deadlines.
• Solid understanding of progressive movement building, CSR or social impact ventures strongly preferred.
