Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that defines how social media marketing techniques will be applied to increase brand engagement, brand voice, and traffic for metabolic nutrition.
• Growing and engaging audiences across all social media platforms always on the lookout for new and creative ways to build a closer connection with our fans.
• Share insights about trends, feedback and engagement around our brand through daily updates, and more detailed weekly reports.
• Work cross-functionally with the marketing director and the internal creative team to establish and build 30-day content calendars that excites our existing community members while grabbing the attention of others.
• Determine the appropriate metrics to track and measure ROI on all social media efforts and spend.
• Develop relationships with key partners, both brands and individuals, to support the growth of the company’s social networks with ongoing co-marketing efforts.
• Create positive community interaction and engagement with our existing community members while garnering the attention of others.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in managing, creating and coordinating social media activities on behalf of a business or group.
• Effective understanding of how brands use social media to engage with their customers through social platforms such as (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).
• Deep knowledge of how to create content that people want to share, discuss and contribute to.
• Excellent photography and videography skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the supplement industry and can identify key influencers, athletes and brands.
• Ability to manage projects and time successfully.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
