Job Responsibilities:

• Execute social and digital plans in support of the strategies and priorities of Jel Sert’s brands.
• Manage and publish day-to-day content and timelines for social platforms, video platforms and websites and provide content calendars by brand.
• Create, manage, measure and report performance of all social and digital marketing campaigns.
• Cooperate effectively and efficiently with the broader marketing team, sales and external partners to deliver social, video and website experiences for Jel Sert’s brands.
• Deliver information about brand performance and new initiatives in a clear and concise manner to internal and external stakeholders.
• Increase engagement of acquired users by creating, testing and then operationalizing engagement marketing strategies.
• Work with customer service and brand teams for timely response to consumer complaints, feedback and questions.
• Build and execute email marketing campaigns, paid social advertising, affiliate and display advertising.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or business.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social digital marketing experience with a CPG company, agency or PR firm.
• Proven direct-experience of creating digital content.
• Proficient experience in planning, executing and optimizing social/digital strategies, including paid user acquisition and engagement marketing channels.
• Expert working knowledge of (paid search, Google display network, retargeting, social advertising and mobile install campaigns).
• Extensive understanding of using Google Analytics for tracking of marketing and paid campaigns.
• Strong working skills of using MS Office.
• Basic working experience of using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Solid written and verbal communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment.
