Job Responsibilities:
- Publish, organize and maintain social media calendar across key platforms.
- Execute and plan dedicated product and content campaigns on social channels.
- Increase growth and engagement through activating partner channels and creating owned content in-house or with freelancers and/or agency.
- Create and format social content to ensure maximum impact.
- Generate regular as well as campaign-focused social media reports with actionable insights based on established KPIs and competitive analysis.
- Identify and interpret social media trends, making recommendations to enhance social initiatives.
- Analyze and report on social media activities to provide teams with actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with digital marketing manager to maximize the effectiveness of social advertising.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in social media management for a music, media or technology brand and startup or agency.
- Expert working knowledge of social media publishing suites and reporting tools.
- Proficient experience with social media platforms such as (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter).
- Deep understanding of using (Google analytics, Keyword planner and Trends).
- Effective experience in producing engaging content and building audience.
- Superior conversational SEO friendly copywriter with the understanding of the right mood for each channel’s audience.
- Solid working skills in using Google (Docs, Sheets and slides).
- Basic knowledge of using graphic design software in editing images.
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
