Job Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with organizational partners in producing social media plans.
- Collaborate with team members on content production for social media.
- Write copy for print and digital assets in social advertising.
- Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube).
- Oversee customer interactions across social media platforms and respond accordingly.
- Track, analyze and recommend improvements to social media campaigns.
- Deliver social media activity and advertising within the agreed budget.
- Review and report on all marketing activity and results.
- Establish metrics, track performance and communicate results.
- Recommend new social strategies to improve search visibility and increase inquiries.
- Create and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, public relations or a related field.
- Minimum3 years of social media working experience.
- Proficient understanding of using social media platforms such as (Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest).
- Expert knowledge of various reporting and analytics tools.
- Deep working skills of using MS Office.
- Demonstrated results in developing social media plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
