Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Elevations day-to-day content for social media and the Elevations blog, ensuring graphics and tone of voice are on brand and consistent across channels.
• Collaborate with internal and external/agency resources to develop annual strategy, plan and campaigns to achieve social media goals for the year.
• Develop a deep understanding of our offerings and create sophisticated brand voices for our member, prospect, community, industry and philanthropic audiences.
• Develop content calendars and contributes to community management for the Elevations brand on social platforms including (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Instagram, Yelp, and LinkedIn).
• Develop and manage Elevations blog, vlog, and additional owned media.
• Monitor and respond to member and prospect feedback on social media channels and manages problem resolution.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, advertising or English.
• Minimum 2 years of social media and blog management experience.
• Advanced experience with social monitoring programs such as (Hootsuite, Radian6 and Crimson Hexagon).
• Effective working knowledge of social media platforms such as (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter).
• Extensive understanding of how to influence an audience using (tone, messaging and delivery).
• Effective knowledge of content publishing platforms such as (Word Press, social media, video hosting and contest apps).
• Deep working skills of using MS Excel.
• Solid communication and organizational skills.
