Social Media Specialist

5W Public Relations is looking for a Social Media Specialist. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve organic and paid social media strategy that supports each client’s business objectives.
  • Demonstrate creative execution of big-picture brand strategy as well as platform-specific content.
  • Monitor and analyze results for clients as well as incorporate learnings into content strategy.
  • Create monthly content calendars and conduct community management for clients.
  • Assist in the development of visual content for platforms.
  • Cooperate with social media team and PR team to develop and execute influencer campaigns for clients.
  • Develop regular metrics reports for clients.
  • Maintain day-to-day client contact regarding social media.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in developing and activating social media campaigns.
  • Proficient understanding of social networks including (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube and LinkedIn).
  • Expert working skills of using social media (research, monitoring and reporting) tools.
  • Strong proofreading and copywriting skills.
  • Basic experience of designing and photography is a huge plus.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment.
