Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for support of Workflow, ECM and a variety of Abtran systems.
• Cooperate with a team of developers to ensure that deadlines are met.
• Improve unit test scripts and execution of unit and system testing.
• Operate with testing teams to ensure that defects are resolved.
• Collaborate with business customers and stakeholders on the support and design of existing and new solutions.
• Promote integrations between systems.
• Recognize and troubleshoots issues and provides resolution.
• Execute and maintains interfaces to and from other computer systems.
• Participate with users on a regular basis to ensure their support needs are met throughout the application development lifecycle.
• Produce documentation to be able to successfully use the system, minimize errors, and have the expert knowledge to troubleshoot.
• Associate extensively with the other IT and business functions (e.g. HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations etc) in the successful realization of our business goals.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or masters qualification in technology, IT or technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years IT experience in analysis, design, development and support of large-scale and enterprise systems.
• At least 3 years of commercial software development experience including use of some or all of the following HTML5, C#.NET, Java and MS SQL Server TSQL.
• Effective experience in system development and support.
• Proficient experience in database design and programming with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems that make use of automated workflows for business process automation.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise systems for document management, content management, records management
• Deep understanding with ECM and Scanning Applications such as FileNet, Laserfiche and Kofax Capture a distinct advantage.
• Proven experience in Visual Studio a distinct advantage.
• Demonstrated knowledge of C#, MVC, JQuery and HTML5.
• Solid oral communication and presentation skills especially as related to the communication of technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Ability to translate work processes diagrams to functional applications and assist in the development of work simplification.
• Ability to organize data and to think logically and prioritize requests and problems, analyze and resolve crises quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to prepare technical reports as required.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, superiors, and other departments.
