Job Responsibilities:

• Draft C# code to meet functional and technical specifications.
• Cooperate with developers and functional SMEs to deliver high quality and successful implementations that meet the business goals of the customer.
• Perform unit and integration test plan.
• Associate in software functional tests using an equipment emulation model.
• Commission software on site with material handling equipment.
• Produce start-up and post-go-live support.
• Associate in an on-call rotation.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Effective IDE experience (e.g. Microsoft Visual Studio, Eclipse, NetBeans).
• Demonstrated understanding of object-oriented design principles.
• Proficient experience programming in an object-oriented environment using C#, Java or C++.
• Proven track record in source control (e.g. TFS, GIT, SVN).
• Familiarity with Agile methods and practices.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).
• Deep knowledge of relational database application programming.
• Outstanding skills in web services or Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to travel up to 40% of the time on short notice, including international travel.
• Ability to have fun while working in a fast-paced environment.
