Job Responsibilities:
- Actively observe and engage with all forms of social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, etc).
- Work as one of the key points of contact for social media queries, developing a response process, engaging with potential and existing clients.
- Operate flexibly and carry out additional roles within the team as may be agreed from time to time.
- Examine and administer social media tools on a daily basis in support of clients’ social media strategy.
- Observe and evaluate social media results on a daily basis in coordination with client goals and benchmarks.
- Cooperate with the other team members to meet client goals.
- Maintain pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
- Build and analyze reports on different social media platforms.
- Produce recommendations as the program evolves and can be reviewed.
- Report to the team and management on project development, timelines and results.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Effective working experience in social media is preferred but not required.
- Proficient knowledge of data collection, summarization and analysis.
- Strong numerical, analytical skills and possesses advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Deep understanding to publish, monitor and manage contents through social media platforms.
- Solid English writing and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
- An eagerness to work on a rotating shift, weekends and holidays.
- Proven organizational skills and able to work under pressure.
- Expert problem-solving skills.
- High ability to work independently and act professionally at all times.
