Job Responsibilities:
- Apply a cross-functional understanding of data analytics, optimization, scalability, and growth metrics to lead Sphere’s success on an upward slope.
- Choose which metrics and key performance indicators to focus on.
- Act as the driving force of Sphere’s business expansion by creating traffic to our website, landing pages, social media and apps.
- Recognize and utilize methods of developing Sphere on a greater entrepreneurial, financial, and social level.
- Support and influence Sphere’s sales and growth by having a strategic understanding of media needs and relationships.
- Cooperate closely with the Sphere marketing team, the sales team, the engineering department and the product management team to make the best possible business decisions.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in professional marketing, product and company development.
- Effective experience in A/B testing and analytical experience.
- Proven track record in MailChimp for email marketing campaigns, HubSpot for CRM, sales, marketing purposes and Zapier to automate workflows.
- Result-driven and strive for optimization in every aspect.
- Creative and willing to learn new methods of expanding Sphere’s presence as a tech company.
- High ability to surpass personal and business goals with the ability to transfer skills for the benefit of a company.
