Job Responsibilities:

• Aid with creating and revising technical information, including installation, operation, and maintenance instructions, and other types of technical content such as technical whitepapers and release notes.
• Operate with editors and peers, incorporating editorial feedback to ensure that company style and standards are appropriately expressed in technical content and media.
• Help with publishing content to a variety of outputs, including PDF documents, web pages, videos, and online help systems.
• Associate in social media discussions related to technical content and information experience.
• Utilize content authoring, publishing, and source control tools under the supervision of senior personnel.
• Track standard technical writing and content development practices under the supervision of senior personnel.
• Interact primarily with direct supervisor and other professionals in the immediate work group or department.
• Join in process improvement activities under supervision of senior personnel.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant degree or diploma in technical writing.
• Minimum 1-years of technical writing experience.
• Expert knowledge of industry standards such as DITA, XML, and HTML.
• Deep knowledge of job-related content authoring, publishing, and graphic design tools
• Desire to be part of an enthusiastic team.
• Desire to understand our users and to provide them with the information they need and in a format that they require.
• Technical curiosity.
• Willingness to learn and to share ideas.
