UI & Content Specialist

Cebu Pacific Air is looking for a UI & Content Specialist in National Capital Region, Philippines. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for crafting copy and creating content that will empower Cebu Pacific passengers to have the best booking and flight experiences possible.
  • Design clear, concise copy and effective content for CEB platforms (website and mobile app), and contribute insights to the user-design team, all with the user in mind.
  • Plan copy and content for CEB communications to passengers, be it operational emails, push notifications or SMS.
  • Operate with several teams to achieve targets and goals, including A/B tests and user research.
  • Cooperate with the rest of the marketing team to launch new products or platforms, or educational campaigns.
  • Assure the content is of high-quality (grammar, spelling, translations), contextualized and easily understandable.
  • Lead the various website page owners and approve and edit suggested content.
  • Secure CEB brand and tone across channels.

Job Requirements:

  • College graduate of any degree, training or online course related to communications, marketing, UI, design, business, computer science or psychology.
  • At least 1-year working experience in writing content for websites or emails.
  • Strong UI training or know-how preferred.
  • Effective experience in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with HTML, CMS or Salesforce preferred.
  • Proficient airline or tech company experience preferred.
  • Solid communication, presentation and empathic listening skills.
  • Imaginative and innovative thinker and planner.
  • Confident in producing work across multiple platforms.
  • High ability to understand how to apply business strategy and branding issues with user needs and technological constraints.
