Job Responsibilities:

• Determine and apply copy standards across Teckro products and features, ensuring that all products deliver a clear, consistent, and compelling experience.
• Operate closely with teams of product managers and designers to devise and implement the strategy for how Teckro communicates its value propositions and story.
• Governance of Teckro tone of voice across our products.
• Cooperate with UX research, product managers and annotators to help define Teckro’s brand within the content architecture to deliver a tailored UX.
• Produce rapid feedback and copy editing to product managers and the design team.
• Recognize UX and copy problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Collude with other team members and internal stakeholders.
• Work with internal stakeholders to build the future of content strategy at Teckro.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years working in content strategy.
• Effective experience in content marketing, content strategy, and user experience.
• Proficient experience working with an in-house product team, including working with UX/UI designers, UX research.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as perfect grammar and command of the English language.
