Job Responsibilities:

• Design and execute research tailored to respective design challenges.
• Map out the different user journeys in more details.
• Provide insights and rally the team to co-create solutions.
• Driven by data and UX research, designing and analyzing interactions to support key growth metrics.
• Improve user flows, UI specs and mock-ups as needed.
• Plan design prototypes, micro-interactions and transitions.
• Perform usability tests.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, interaction, graphic design, or related field a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional UI/UX Designer for consumer products.
• Proficient experience working in a start-up and/or media company environments.
• Proven experience working in an international company and/or love of global entertainment or cultures.
• Effective experience in human-centered design methodologies.
• Expert knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Solid attention to detail and organization skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• ability to interact with both technical and nontechnical people, strong opinions loosely held.
• Ability to establish rapport with users during interviews.
• Ability to analyze data from various metrics and surveys.
