Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the research and strategy of full web redesigns.
• Conduct content audit with subsequent information architecture and sitemap recommendation.
• Create clean, strong wireframes or prototypes.
• Perform client and customer interviews.
• Organize personas and buyers journey.
• Manage clear design strategy.
• Approve designs for usability testing.
• Cooperate with CD, designers, project managers and developers.
• Attend client and internal meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-centered interaction, related field or relevant work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of UX design experience.
• Effective working experience to simplify and distill complex ideas into intuitive.
• Proficient knowledge to present cohesive design approaches to internal and external teams.
• Deep experience to prioritize and manage workload to adhere to project timelines.
• Solid design chops with the portfolio to prove it.
• Advanced working experience with (Axure, Sketch, Invision, Adobe Suite or comparable tools).
• High ability to conduct interviews.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
