UX/UI Designer

Kobie Marketing is looking for a UX/UI Designer. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, including building front-end assets (HTML/CSS).
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards across multiple brands.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction, interaction design or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience crafting world-class digital designs.
  • Demonstrated UX/UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Effective experience in (creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps).
  • Proficient experience with (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and wireframing tools).
  • Expert working knowledge of (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) for rapid prototyping.
  • Deep understanding of UX/design testing solutions such as (Adobe Target and Optimizely).
  • Solid experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
