Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a corporate process, standard and governance around UX.
• Provide screen layouts, interaction flows and mockups/prototypes.
• Identify and solve usability and UI design problems.
• Manage and track adoption of usability test and enhancement.
• Define and document UI standards and guidelines.
• Stay on top of customer UX trends and best practices across interaction types (web and mobile).
• Collaborate closely with the product owner, business analysts and developers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, psychology, graphic design, computer science or another relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional UI/UX experience.
• Deep knowledge of user-centered design processes and methodology.
• Extensive experience in designing web and mobile solutions for enterprise platforms.
• Advanced understanding of defining and creating style guide including logo and branding design.
• Effective experience with mobile, web standards and trends as they relate to user interaction including (HTML/CSS, DHTML, JavaScript, Ajax, mashups and Web Services).
• Advanced working experience with the (Adobe creative cloud suite, Axure, Balsamiq, Invision, UXPin, InDesign and Sketch).
• Expert knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
