Job Responsibilities:

• Design wire-frames, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to guide design and functionality.
• Create, code, test, and maintain website content on all sites, microsites, and landing pages.
• Operate with stakeholders to gather requirements based on technical and UI/UX needs.
• Conduct tests to ensure mobile and cross-browser compatibility.
• Site and page optimizations.
• Recognize aesthetic UI changes for testing and work with testing tools to improve the site experience and increase conversion.
• Standardize styles, build and manage web style guides and assets (colors, buttons, headlines, etc.).

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UI/UX and web design and development experience.
• Effective experience working in a startup or in small teams.
• Solid design portfolio and understanding of typography, layout, color theory, usability, and design principles.
• Proven track record in HTML and CSS, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Flash etc.
• Demonstrated understanding of PHP would be a benefit but is not a must-have.
• Proficient experience in Adobe Suite and wireframing tools.
• Deep understanding of SEO principles and how to adhere to them.
• Expert knowledge of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation.
• Outstanding skills in managing a web design process.
• Sound communication and multi-tasking skills.
