Job Responsibilities:

• Work as the design lead on an Agile development team which supports the CMS.
• Keep and maintain the CSS for web properties inside the CMS.
• Head visual design work for client-facing sites and the CMS.
• Uphold and align with brand guidelines, web standards and design systems.
• Operate under the direction of digital design managers (art director), developer leads and digital and web product owners.
• Design meaningful interactions and feature-rich user interfaces

Job Requirements:

• Effective experience in cross-browser design, responsible and mobile design and what makes a good user experience.
• Proficient experience working within the financial industry and/or corporate environment is a must.
• Proven track record in translating visual designs into clean, efficient, handwritten front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery).
• Expert knowledge of designing within a CMS, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Deep knowledge of industry standard design and development software.
• Solid web and interaction design skills and experience, must have a clean, crisp portfolio to show this type of work.
• Ability to communicate design specifications and reasoning to developer team and product owners.
