Job Responsibilities:

• Improve innovative UX designs that meet both business and user requirements including annotated wireframes, sitemaps, screen mockups, and behavioral or interaction design.
• Get direction from and collaborate with the UX leadership.
• Utilize the design pattern library to create experience designs for products.
• Cooperate with the project team including, engineers, product owners, product managers and others to define product experience.
• Recognize ways to incorporate and facilitate user research activities, and then incorporate findings into UXD deliverables.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required (advanced degree a plus).
• At least 3 years of experience in UX design, user research or related fields.
• Familiarity with computer applications appropriate to the position and assignment.
• Deep understanding of the building controls and HVAC industry is a plus.
