The USA Mobile Users Spend 87% of Their Mobile Time on Apps, 2017 | comScore

Mobile apps dominated all time spent on mobile devices in the USA with a rate of 87% versus only 13% for the mobile web. In turn, smartphones have witnessed an increase in time spent on mobile apps than mobile web (88% vs. 12%), compared to tablets which held 82% of its users’ time on mobile apps.
