Job Responsibilities:

• Work with project architects on images to represent external and internal architecture and design responses for stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate and work within an existing 3D visualization team.
• Assist in establishing (styles, standards, innovative techniques and workflows).
• Develop and layout technical 3D rendering and detailing to standards and project requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in design or other tertiary qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in 3D and visual communication presentation and delivery.
• Advanced so rendering and 3D modeling working experience.
• Proficient working experience in using (3ds Max, V Ray, Adobe Suite and UE4).
• Expert sketching and freehand drawings skills to communicate concepts and story creation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
• Ability to work independently or as a team player.
