Account Executive

SocialGarden is looking for an Account Executive in Brisbane, Australia. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate with property clients across all key residential sectors (greenfield land, apartments, medium density and volume home builders).
  • Project manage the roll-out and maintenance of digital marketing campaigns for new and existing clients.
  • Work on developing strategic marketing campaigns that target property seekers.
  • Improve marketing solutions to produce results at all stages of the property market cycle and project stage.
  • Cooperate with our production team to optimize campaigns and provide analysis to clients.
  • Collaborate with account director to optimize client strategy.
  • Consistently achieve revenue management targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Effective experience developing marketing campaigns with a strong focus on digital strategy.
  • Proficient experience managing mid-size budgets ($500k+).
  • Proven track record in developing multi-channel customer acquisition and retention plans.
  • Expert knowledge of the marketing cloud – Oracle, Adobe, Salesforce or similar (preferred, not essential).
  • Ridiculously high attention to detail and organization.
  • Solid ability to identify and solve problems within the client’s customer journey.
  • Great ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
