Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing product portfolio to achieve an effective range that meets financial KPI’s.
• Design and commercialize new product development through execution of the global strategy.
• Control packaging development to meet local market needs.
• Improve NPD pipeline that aligns to local category strategy.
• Determine the categories long-term strategy.
• Build and administer a go-to-market strategy and business plans.
• Direct all commercial aspects within the category.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree qualified in marketing, business or equivalent.
• Effective experience in marketing, selling or category development within FMCG.
• Proven understanding of trade marketing and product development.
• Strong financial knowledge with an understanding of profit and loss.
• High ability to multi-task and prioritize requests.
• Great ability to be flexible and adaptable and work to tight deadlines.
