Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing product portfolio to achieve an effective range that meets financial KPI’s.
- Design and commercialize new product development through execution of the global strategy.
- Control packaging development to meet local market needs.
- Improve NPD pipeline that aligns to local category strategy.
- Determine the categories long-term strategy.
- Build and administer a go-to-market strategy and business plans.
- Direct all commercial aspects within the category.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree qualified in marketing, business or equivalent.
- Effective experience in marketing, selling or category development within FMCG.
- Proven understanding of trade marketing and product development.
- Strong financial knowledge with an understanding of profit and loss.
- High ability to multi-task and prioritize requests.
- Great ability to be flexible and adaptable and work to tight deadlines.
