Job Responsibilities:

• Provide regular and recurring video projects while offering innovative ideas for new video content.
• Direct the production schedule and ensure it supports the Marketing team’s content strategy.
• Perform multiple video, photo and motion graphics projects simultaneously.
• Lead the pre and post-production project components, including storyboarding, filming and editing.
• Assure content, length, tone and style requirements work to Sparesbox brand guidelines.
• Cooperate with retail, design, social media, brand, and digital marketing stakeholders for best use of video and animation for the campaign and online use.
• Keep up-to-date on key technology, marketing, and industry trends.
• Head the company’s video library.
• Upload content in line with tagging requirements (meta tagging, with the assistance of wider team).
• Understand the impact of your content on the success of marketing campaigns to help inform future content production.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1- year hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Effective experience in Adobe Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Final Cut Pro for video editing).
• Solid animation skills would be highly advantageous.
• Deep knowledge of digital technologies and a tech-savvy approach to digital.
• Have the grit to drive your ideas home.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to converse and collaborate concisely with technical and non-technical personnel.
• Australian resident or citizen.
• A current “C” Class Driver’s Licence and flexibility to work on occasional weekends and evenings are also required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, yet work well in teams. Have the willingness to wear multiple hats as necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, excellent project management, coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to visualize as well as convey a message into relevant and interesting and engaging content showcasing strong creative flair.
