Job Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with the OX, UX and insights teams within e-commerce to group websites are optimized.
- Collaborate with teams to support timely updates of existing and new content being delivered across Group Suncorp websites.
- Look for synergies to deploy changes at a portfolio and all-of-product level where possible for efficiency.
- Produce advice on the most efficient delivery of website changes so that they are implemented in a cost-effective and timely manner.
- Direct and prioritize deliverables by assessing the value to website users and Suncorp.
- Share information regarding the status of website requests to ensure that stakeholders are well informed.
- Operate collaboratively with front-end developers to explore the best ways to code, implement and leverage available technology applications.
- Maintain brand marketing with the implementation of content to coincide with marketing and product initiatives.
- Handle necessary legislative changes for legal and compliance so that websites remain compliant.
- Present specifications and website limitations to stakeholders to ensure assets delivered are optimized.
Job Requirements:
- Deep working knowledge of web technologies HTML and CSS.
- Demonstrated understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and web best practices.
- Expert knowledge of design best practice is desirable.
- Effective experience in Agile methodologies and Lean principles is desirable.
- Proficient experience working with CMS Drupal and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is desirable.
- Familiarity with using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe Acrobat is desirable.
- The ability for multitasking to meet deadlines in busy environments.
