Digital Brand Manager

L’Oréal is looking for a Digital Brand Manager in Melbourne, Australia. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop our brands market share and sales growth via driving contemporary marketing strategies within the digital channel.
  • Determine, optimize and monitor the marketing budget objectives and ensure the delivery of commercial outcomes
  • Improve channel strategy to ensure differentiation planning and confirming promo plan – ensuring there is the differentiation for retailers.
  • Design digital and CRM campaigns to drive lead acquisition and increase e-commerce traffic
  • Manage end-to-end digital marketing planning activities for the Australian market including activation’s, campaign management and execution.
  • Conduct the market analysis, sales forecasting, budget control, product launch plans, media planning, promotion design and implementation, preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Create the internal and external image and reputation with customers, consumers and agencies, enhancing our brands’ attraction, image, awareness and experience.
  • Promote social media campaigns to increase followers, while gaining Social SOV.
  • Direct the enhanced consumer satisfaction through engagement and community management,
  • Source or provide a business unit or community content, eg ‘how to’ videos for search, CRM and precision advertising, as required for all online channels
  • Match ratings and reviews and Q&A strategy as applicable for all online channels.
  • Cooperate with eCommerce and CRM teams in building differentiated shopper-centric online account strategies for boutiques, pure players and retailers.

Job Requirements:

  • Advanced understanding of creating and implementing contemporary digital marketing strategies within a luxury cosmetics set.
  • Sound commercial expertise including accountability for delivering increased market share and brand awareness.
  • A flexible and adaptable style which encourages collaboration and engagement from your stakeholders.
  • Ability to experiment and influence those around you to go beyond what was thought possible.
